What skin types are your products suitable for?
All Jade and Bloom products are formulated for Indian skin tones and skin types — oily, dry, combination, and sensitive. Each product is pH-balanced (4.5–5.5) so they work without causing irritation or disrupting the skin's natural acid mantle.
How soon will I see results?
Most customers notice brighter, more even skin within 3–4 weeks of consistent daily use. For deeper concerns like dark spots or pigmentation, visible improvement typically appears between weeks 6 and 12. Consistency and daily SPF use are the two biggest factors in how quickly you see results.
Can I use the Vitamin C Serum and Kojic Acid Moisturizer together?
Yes — this is actually our most recommended pairing. The Vitamin C Serum targets dark spots and boosts glow, while the Kojic Acid Moisturizer locks in hydration and continues brightening through the day. Use serum first, let it absorb for 60 seconds, then apply moisturizer.
Do I need sunscreen on top?
Always. Vitamin C and Kojic Acid make skin more sensitive to UV exposure. UV radiation also directly triggers melanin production, undoing the brightening effect of your actives. Our Fluid Sunscreen SPF 50 PA++++ is lightweight, non-greasy, and designed to layer perfectly over the rest of your routine — without the white cast.
Are your products free from harmful ingredients?
Yes. All Jade and Bloom products are cruelty-free, paraben-free, and sulphate-free. We use clinically effective concentrations of actives — and we disclose every percentage on the label. No proprietary blend hiding.
Why do you disclose ingredient percentages?
Because if a formula works, the numbers should be worth showing. Most skincare brands add actives at trace amounts — just enough to print it on the front — while hiding behind vague INCI listings. We disclose every active ingredient by name, form, and percentage. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. You'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
Orders above ₹650 ship free across India. For orders below ₹650, a shipping fee of ₹49 is applied and shown at checkout. No hidden fees — the total you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also track your order any time at thejadeandbloom.com/track-order using your order ID and registered email or phone number.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, Jade and Bloom ships within India only. We're working on international shipping — if you'd like to be notified when it's available, drop us a message on WhatsApp.
What is your return policy?
Returns are not accepted. All Jade and Bloom products are personal care and consumable items — once dispatched, they cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged in transit — broken seal, leaking, or crushed packaging that makes the product unusable — we will issue a full refund. To raise a damage claim: take clear photos of the outer shipping box and the damaged product, submit your claim at thejadeandbloom.com/refund within 48 hours of delivery, and include your order number. Valid damage claims are refunded within 5–7 business days.
How does the 30-Day Results Guarantee work?
Our 30-day results guarantee applies to the 14% Vitamin C Serum and Kojic Acid Moisturizer when used together for the full 30 days. If you use both products consistently as directed — including SPF every morning — and see no visible improvement, we'll refund 100% of their combined purchase price.
Is Jade and Bloom the same as Jade Bloom?
No. Jade and Bloom (thejadeandbloom.com) is an Indian skincare brand based in Delhi, India. Jade Bloom (jadebloom.com) is a separate American company that sells essential oils. The two brands have no connection.
Where are Jade and Bloom products made?
All Jade and Bloom products are manufactured in India. WHO-GMP and ISO 22716 certified, tested in Indian conditions, made specifically for Indian skin and climate.
How do you handle my personal data?
